Attorney Scott Skalestky and Dick Gregory will be talking about how elevator contractors can minimize their exposure to lawsuits in areas that they can control. Also using sales to minimize liability will also be discussed.

If we as an industry can minimize lawsuits the loss ratio will improve and  perhaps someday, in the distant future, we will see our insurance rates drop.

Also some sad news to report as I learned over the weekend that John DiGuido’s life partner Sheryl Scharnweber passed away on Friday the 17th. Our deepest sympathy go out to John and his family. Visitation is noted in the link below.
